All D-Group programs start Saturday, September 19th at UVic's McKinnon Pool, 9:30-11:00am.

The PCS Parents Association is excited to welcome everyone to the new swim season starting in September. Our annual registration BBQ is scheduled for Friday, September 11 from 5:00pm to dusk at Beaver Lake Park (picnic area near Parking Lot 2). It's a great opportunity to meet other PCS families and enjoy some delicious food.

Welcome to the 2015-2016 Swim Season!  The PCS Registration Package and the Practice Schedule for all groups is now available on the website for viewing and dowmload.

An updated 2014-2015 practice schedule has now been uploaded to the Schedule Page.  Changes for this schedule include new times for Esquimalt Lightning Fast sessions and Masters swimming at McKinnon Pool.

The 2014-2015 PCS Registration Package is now available for download.  You can find a copy, as well as other information, from our Registration Page.

Pacific Coast Swimming in conjunction with Vikes will be running summer swimming camps at UVic for kids ages 8-12 interested in Lightning Fast 3-5.  For more information abou the Lightning Fast programs and camp schedules can be found here.

These summer camps entail dry-land activities at UVic's Mckinnon Gym pool and a skill oriented swim in the morning. Then lunch and a walk over to the outdoor pool at Ian Stewart Complex for a fun swim in the afternoon.
