PCS Virtual Silent Auction Fundraiser - September 1st-14th 2021

Heads up PCS families! From September 1st to 14th, PCS will host a Silent Online Auction, with photos and brief descriptions of donations. From now until July 23rd, we’re asking each PCS family to secure 1 donation from a business or individual. The organizers of the auction have sent all PCS families a template email that you can use to approach businesses—and a Google spreadsheet that you can check before you do to make sure that another PCS family hasn’t already approached the business you have in mind. Please choose a business to approach and input their name/contact info into the Google spreadsheet; when you hear back from them, indicate their response (Y/N) on the spreadsheet.

If you have a skill or talent that you could donate, we would love to include your generous offers of a few hours of yardwork, accounting, copy editing, Zumba instruction, or another service! Please add your donated time in the Services section.

Finally, please spread the word about our upcoming Silent Online Auction to your friends and family. The Auction will be previewed in late August, and we’ll go live for bidding from September 1st to 14th.
