Day Three in Winnipeg
After last night's excitment getting this morning ready to go was a challenge. The 200 IM was the first event. Jake Rambo and Brendan Fitzpatrick were just off their previous bests and will not advance.
Keir Ogilvie was back in action after a silver medal relay performance last night. His 55.6 100m fly this morning was enough to slide into 7th spot and his first national A final appearance in individual competition.
Rambo stepped up on his second event in 50m Backstroke to finish just out of the A final at 11th and just over his pb. He will race in the B Final tonight.
400m Fr finished out the individual able bodied events. Naeva Scott-Bouris tied her previous best prelim swim at 4:30 to finish 20th. Cale Murdock followed up on his 200m highlight from day two with a prelim pb and will start in top spot this evening.
Ogilvie, McKervil, Rambo and Murdock sewed up a spot in the final of 4x100 Free Relay with solid prelim times. They will answer the start in 7th. The womnas team finished 10th.
