A Great Start to the Season at Nanaimo Fall Invitational

Coach Mark Lancaster reports from the Nanaimo meet this weekend...Swimmers who attended the Nanaimo meet did very well – much faster than their previous short course times, especially in the 400 freestyle where a number of the C & D group swimmers took more than 1 minute from their previous 400 freestyle best times! As well, the 10 & under girls team of Lauren Crisp, Heather McMillan, Patricia Horwood and Emma Carter set a new club record for the 200 Freestyle Relay. Congratulations, all! As well, there were many swims getting close to and ready to break through to the next level so the season is looking like it is off to a great start!!
