BC Provincial Champs: Day 1 Recap

Day 1 of BC Provincial Champs here at the Saanich Commonwealth Pool saw tons of best times, qualifying swims and hardware for the Bolts!
In the 1500 Free,
- Teagan Hunt went a best time in 18:06, making it her first Junior qualifying time for Olympic trials
- Naeva Scott Bouris took a silver medal in a PB of 17:34
- Anthony Gutierrez took 8th, swimming two tenths over his previous PB
- Jon McKay took the top spot in a meet record time of 15:52
In the 4x50 Mixed Free Relay (Cale Murdock, Lily Chen, Erik Harper, Grace Macdonald), the team snagged the silver in 1:42.6, but ultimately ended up taking the top spot after a DQ by LOSC.
