For those of you who are interested PCS will be hosting a virtual Referee Clinic (Thursday, October 6 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm) and Meet Manager (Thursday, October 13, 6:30pm to 8:00pm) clinics.

Come join us for Swim with the Vikes! An immersive, swim technique, and game-based morning with our Varsity swimmers who take on coaching and leading the group in team exercises!

Date & Time: Sunday, October 16th 9:30am - 11:30am

Location: Saanich Commonwealth Place

Requirements: Lightning Fast 4&up

Please ensure you fill out the event pickup/dropoff form.

4:00-5:30 for C and D Groups

5:30-7:00 for B+

Monday/Wednesday/Friday from Aug 3-19.

Practices are $7.50 to help cover the cost of the pool and coaching.

Sunday Stroke Series events are immersive stoke focused sessions based on improving technical aspects, lead by our senior coaches. Event includes demonstrations from our senior swimmers, video feedback, underwater video feedback, and a wide variety of tools are used to enhance learning. This stroke session will be butterfly focused!

Fee: 30$/member

Requirements: Lightning Fast Level 5&up
